I don't want people to see i won freebies on seventeen or cosmo girl so i just makeup a fake name but use my own address and phone number. Does it matter/can i get in trouble for it? It's no one elses name, just a made up one.

Yes, you can, because you can get charged with identity fraud. Here's what you should do:

Let's say, for instance, your name is Linda Smith.

Just type in:

First name: Linda

Last name: S.
