  1. Yeah thats the same as me. Ive been dancing about 10 years, and its fine. A lot of my friends weigh more than me, but I'm still healthy so thats fine. So long as youre healthy, it doesnt matter how much you weigh, and dont let any one else tell you otherwise!

  2. Yeah,  when I think of ballet dancers I think petite. For Irish Dancers, though, Long Legs are everything.

  3. Yes! There is no height or weight requirement to be a dancer, unless you plan on becoming a professional.

  4. if you want to go professional you need to be all muscle, but if your just doing ballet for fun anything is fine. im about 5'2 and around 90 pounds and was told by a really big name in ballet that i had a good body for dance, so if your like me then yes. i guess it depends if your really muscular or if you have curves, bcuz pro ballet dancers have no curves

  5. yeah for sure=]

  6. Nope...very healthy weight

  7. That's a great size for a dancer! I'd say you fit the Goldilocks conditions of dance.

Not too thin, not too big.

    Just right :]

  8. im 5'3 and 105 ibs..i do ballet and i think im a pretty good size. even tho you can be any size or height to do ballet. unless like someone said you want to be professional.
