Is this okay to use as moonlighting?

I just bought these blue LED lights off ebay. Will these work alright as moonlighting for my 30 gal aquarium?

that thing is for cars so unless you have a saltwater  tank it would be good

yeah they will be fine. i actually have done the same thing. led lights dont get hot either and it looks awesome at night. but i do switch them off when i go to sleep to let the fish have a break of the light.
