Is this oldie still funny A Womans Brain Cell Joke?

Question

Once upon a time there was a female brain cell who accidentally ended up in a man's head. She looked around nervously but it was all empty and quiet.

"Hello?" she cried, but no answer. "Is there anyone here?" she cried a little louder, but still no answer.

Now the female brain cell started to feel alone and scared and yelled at the top of her voice, "HELLO! IS THERE ANYONE HERE?"

Then she heard a very faint voice echo from far, far away...

"We're down here!"

as for those who dont get it.....guys think with their p***s's ....not their minds..."We're down here!" means they are way south on the body and nowhere near the brain. hope you get it now =)

EDIT** wow talk about judgemental...im not the one who posted the joke, i am just telling what the joke means for those who dont get it...with all those thumbs down then i guess im missing this joke completely then arent i?? but i doubt it.
