You have wayyyyyyyy too many prints going on. Stripes, checkered, zebra, stars, polka dots. TOO MUCH.

not really too many accessories, but a basic fashion rule to remember is that it is wise to avoid mixing too many patterns: i.e., the stripes of the shirt and then the different colored pattern of the sweater

lose the hair clips and bows, dont put anything in your hair

lose the earrings , just wear the necklace and whatever that zebra print thing is, lose it and

i am not so crazy about the checkered jacket but whatever, its probably just your style.

It's definitely a scene look, and it's not to much for high-school, high-school is a great time to experiment.

However, I'm not to fond of what looks like a belt. I don't think it'd work with the sweater and the pants.
