Is this outfit hot, or not?

Question

My friends and I are starting a new tradition: Every Friday night, we go out and do something fun. So this Friday, we're going to downtown at night, and go shopping, and get coffee, take a ride on the river (lots of people go to San Antonio to see this) etc. ***So, will this outfit make me STAND OUT, AND still look stylish?***

Personally, I would think "cute, but trying too hard,"  It would be obvious that you really want people to think you are trendy and cool... but really cool people don't care what other people think about them, so it sort of backfires.

NOT, no offense, it just looks wierd, especially if your going on a river wear something more subtle but'll make you stand out, like bright blue skinny jeans, or anything bright, not heels, not stylish, well some are, but not those

love the jacket! oh and if i were  you and wanted to stand out i would wear that jacket a pink(hot pink) shirt ,yellow pants(or skirt) and pink heels and like a big yellow beed neckles

Heels, purse, jewelry, all cute... the jacket is iffy, looks too civil war-esque for my taste, but it could be pulled off with something I suppose.. the "romper" on the other hand? definitely not. you'll stand out alright, but not in a good way. If you're set on the jacket, pair it with shorts and a top, but not the romper...
