Is this paper round worth the money?

I am 16 and am starting college soon. I have a paper round job my mum has got me into. I have to prepare about 7 leaflets into one thing, and put into a total of 123 papers. the wage is 7 pounds 50 pence, and the houses are all next to eachother. it once a week. Is this paper round worth the money? I don't think it is I reckon I'll only do a month or just over a month.

If you can't be bothered to do it then don't, but it is a very good wage (if its per hour) , and very easy too!   Besides, its all experience, and you could probably do with the money.

You'd be better off washing pots in a kitchen at the weekend. You should expect £3 to £4 per hour. You could, of course, do both and get more money.

When I was your age I washed pots in a local bar at £4 per hour, ten hours per week, Saturday and Sunday.

There's also cleaning jobs you could do. Everywhere needs cleaners. One good thing for you is that you won't pay income tax.

I had to deliver 52 papers, 6 days a week for £6 a week. Yes its worth the money. It won't buy you much but for that once a week, its good!

I have a method of making money that I use and am only 16, and I make much more than my mates.

In all honesty my method will make around £100-500 a week dependant upon how much effort you use.

The idea revolves around getting items for free, and it wroks becauase of marketing basically the process is too complex to explain here.

I would concentrate your efforts getting some 'proper' work at the weekend.  A day or two's work at the weekend will benefit you greatly.
