Is this permanently damaging my eyes?

I dive for my local pool. Im at the pool almost 4 hrs a day. And my vision gets blurry and my eyes red from the chlorine. Is this doing permanent damage where i should worry? It still hurts several hours after I use the pool, despite the washing of my eyes.

It would probably be a better idea to use goggles, i don't see any idea you wouldn't. Swimmers in the olympics use them.
