This phone is out and available since the beginning of October.  It's called the Tilt Smartphone (manufactured by HTC) and it's available with AT&T.  Your local AT&T dealer should carry it, but it's available direct from AT&T via their website for $300 with activation.  See the link under Source(s) for details.
