Is this phone stolen off ebay? what do i do next? report seller?

i have a blackberry 7100i that i just bought off somebody on ebay. but they didnt erase all the data on the phone, how do i erase all the data like contacts, call logs, pictures, passwords, all of the phone?

its a nextel blackberry

the seller that i got it from is terrible, wont respond to my questions! it has all these phone numbers and some guys name as the phone owner..but the ebay persons name is rootlady..

wtf, is this phone stolen? what do i do with it? do i report it on paypal?

I agree with 'wires'. I know I answered your other question, but I actually had a Blackberry stolen from me a few weeks ago. Maybe it's floating around eBay somewhere. I would definitely call any number on that phone to confirm whether or not your new phone was unfairly sold.

You can call the person who is listed on the phone as the owner if his phone number is there.  Wouldn't you want to be called if it were your phone that was sold on eBay after being stolen?  If it is stolen, and it might not be, then you can report it.
