Is this place good?

http://www.vamosjiujitsu.com/ i want to start mma so i was thinkinkg maybe i should try this place out because they have muay thai bjj and judo......do they look good (and its $170 a month for an unlimated amount of classes....is that a good price)

I think it seems a little pricey BUT if you attend often enough then it would not be. SO it will fall in your hands to make it worth it or not.  Go a lot and its worth it, Don't go often and its too expensive. Simple as that.

Im not too sure on the prices, but if your getting training in 5 differents areas and you attend that on a near-daily basis you should get your moneys worth.

too expensive-the place is just a regular MMA gym, nothing special for that price

why don't you train at Matt Serra's gym?  I think they're in Long Island.  If you're going to spend that much money, make sure you're getting what you pay for cuz that's a little steep

Well, $170 doesn't seem unreasonable. To really determine whether or not it is a good price you need to see how the classes go, if you are getting quality instruction you will think it is a bargain. I recommend seeing if the place will let you try it out for a few classes to see how you like it before signing up.

To be honest...No it doesn't look good.  Get in touch with someone at UFC and I am sure they can point you in the right direction.

i am gone have to say no man, i go to a gym which is small but most of the time there is 1 instructor for 8 people, $115 a month is for 3 classes a week ( i actually  go to like 6 -7 :) they dont seem to mind buts that just my place), unlimited classes are $140 a month and they have classes through out the whole day, ur place only has like 4classes max a day, so i dont think u would be getting your moneys worth, look for a place that offers alot of classes of the martial arts u wan take, (at gyms u got muay thai and bjj x5 times a week, and 2 x on those once in the morning then at nigh) so that at least u get the most possible hours of instruction.
