  1. kinda....

but u r setting up your Torterra to be takin out really quickly az everything but earthquake has a negative effect on it woodhammer, frenzy plant and leafstorm are strong....but leaves u open for attack and u loose health so use those moves sparingly my suggestion would b 2 get rid of frenzy plant and replace it with either endure or synthesis to help counter a lil the effect of woodhammer and leafstorm

Milotic from my knowledge cant learn blast burn so replace this with dragon pulse (its always useful to have a dragon with a dragon move)

Staraptor keep fly, roost and brave bird get rid of aerial ace and replace it with close combat....ive found that move to b very useful especilly if u have roost to counter close combat's effect

Dragonite: get rid of dragon dance replace with a fire type move such as fire punch, or fire blast get rid of outrage and give it an ice type move such as ice punch or blizzard this way it will have a dragon for beating everything else, a thunder for beating water/flying types, an ice to beat other dragons, grass types, flying types, and ground+rock types, and fire type moves for smashing grass, and ice types

Lucario it should have Aura Sphere, Extremespeed (for quick starting damage) Dragon Pulse and Iron tail

Your final pokemon should be a dark type. this is because you have a grass/ground (torterra) water/dragon(milotic) flying/normal(starptor) dragon(dragonite) and a steel/fighting type(lucario) with the moves i gave u for dragonite, it should cover most tough battles because it can demolish just about everything with a dark type u can beat psychic and ghost the  2 of the last remaining types my suggestion: Umbreon...find an evee or trade with somebody to get an evee  this guy is highly useful because it has the ability to learn psychic at the evee stage if u giv it a tm containing that move if u manage to get hold of umbreon give it crunch (or bite), psychic, moonlight, and shadowball

If u cant get umbreon get skorupi to evolve to drapion give it crunch, cross poison, dark pulse (tm 79) and sludge bomb (tm 36)

    Hope this helps :)

  2. The Pokemon are good, but their moves aren't. First, Milotic can't learn Blast Burn or Hydro Cannon so, either you're mistaken or you hack your Pokemon. You also have a weakness to ice.

Torterra: Frenzy Plant is not a good attack. It leaves you open for one turn (even if you do hit the other Pokemon) and it has a chance of missing. Also, Torterra's attack is higher than its special attack so, chances are that you won't be killing anything with Frenzy Plant (unless there's like a 20 level difference). Torterra should have Leech Seed and Stealth Rock/Protect instead of Frenzy Plant and Leaf Storm.

Milotic: Milotic should have Ice Beam and Hypnosis so, replace Hydro Cannon and Blast Burn with those.

Staraptor: Staraptor doesn't need 3 flying type attacks. I would replace Aerial Ace with Close Combat, Fly with U-Turn, and Roost with Return. You don't have to replace Roost, but Staraptor can't take hits well, so you probably won't ever be using Roost. You could also replace it with Endeavor which would do well after Brave Bird's recoil.

Dragonite: Like Staraptor, Dragonite does not need 2 dragon type moves. Actually, Dragonite should have Fire Punch or Fire Blast over Dragon Pulse and Earthquake over Thunder. Pretty much all Dragonite has to do is use Dragon Dance and then attack and it will pretty much kill anything.

Lucario: I don't know what attacks you have on Lucario, but Lucario is pretty versatile. It can be a special sweeper or a physical sweeper or both. I would go with a special sweeper in this case. Lucario should have Shadow Ball, Aura Sphere/Vacuum Wave, Dark Pulse, and Psychic/Dragon Pulse/Flash Cannon. Lucario also helps your ice weakness a lot (since it's 4x resistant to ice).

For your last Pokemon, I would suggest a Pokemon like Spiritomb or Umbreon. For Umbreon, I would use Baton Pass, Mean Look, Toxic, and Protect. On Spiritomb, I would use Sucker Punch, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, and Confuse Ray.

With Spiritomb, use Taunt first, then Will-O-Wisp/Confuse Ray, then Sucker Punch. Sucker Punch requires that the opposing Pokemon uses an attacking move, which is guaranteed with Taunt.
