Is this poker site reliable?

I'm looking for a good and reliable site for online poker so is this one good? pacificpoker.com for real money playing, would this be a good choice?

I know somebody who used that because of the million dollar tourney they had a few years ago, and it worked for him.  They have $5 sit and go's and cash games with blinds less than $1 if you want cheap games.  Most people I know that play for money use pokerstars. If you're looking for free tables with the chance to win prizes, check out espn poker club. Right now there are qualifiers for the chance to win a seat at the WSOP
