Is this possible? Why is it so hard to maintain?

Over the summer (4months away from school), I lost 24 lbs and I've never looked better. Now, only 2 days into being back at college, I gained back 10 lbs. How is this possible?

What do I have to do to maintain my weight? Go vegan?

  2. you probably are more sedentary and perhaps are eating saltier foods. salt makes me blow up like a balloon!

    it's likely water weight. there is no way youve consumed an extra 35,000 calories. so make sure to drink a lot of water in order to get rid of it!

    also if you are female, i hate to say this but your period can make you bloat. once it's over you will likely shed off that extra 10 pretty quickly.

    to maintain your weight you just have to eat healthy and exercise. watch what you consume and get a general idea of intake/exertion but don't obsess.
