Is this possibly infected?

I'm seventeen and all four wisdom teeth removed about five days ago. My left cheek is still swollen as well as down to my neck, I've been icing and using heat on and off. But my main concern is there is a hole where the tooth was removed, and the stitching is no longer there. Does anyone know if this is infected? Unfourtantly my DR can't see me for another day.

No its not infected, the stitches may have already dissolved.

Just try and watch.

Make sure you don't get a fever.

If you do I suggest you go get it checked.
