It's long, but well worth the read.

If it's true I am just absolutely f****** mad. Why would something like this be allowed to happen?

  1. that is really ridiculous.

  2. Not even close!

  3. the most unjust imprisonment- that woman who got jailed for callin a bear mohammed, it wasnt even her-it was the kids in the class!!

  4. as we say in Britain ,

    the law is an a-s

  5. as i see it, and i'll probably be condemned for it, this is a totally one sided story.  here's a guy who for over twenty years has blatantly snubbed his nose at the law.  he turned a small intermittent creek bed into a ghastly ditch with no consideration for environmental concerns.  it will now cost millions upon millions of dollars for the state to come in and rectify the situation.  indeed, it will never be the same.  i've seen this happen in my own community in which developers destroyed a pristine wetlands.  it may as well be a parking lot these days.

then comes bryan fisher, an extreme right wing blogger.  fisher jumps on the bandwagon, abandoning for a moment his otherwise unceasing g*y-bashing.  he goes to work spamming all the ultraconservative blogs and web sites with his diatribe.  of 250 hits on google all but five are basically reprints of his rant sent to these web sites.  the others are regional news articles with a completely different slant.

he went in and dug up the creek bed and sold it as fill!  instead of "protecting his town from flooding," as fisher claims, this guy has destroyed a fragile eco system.  of course fisher doesn't live in one of the homes down stream that may soon be buried in mud.  locally this same sort of criminal behavior cost millions when a section of Interstate 5 just sorta washed away one morning sending motorists to the hospital.  this also resulted in large chunks of the freeway landing on top of homes.  i guess mister fisher is more concerned with one criminal developer than all the families who may face tragedy as result from Lynn Moses' behavior.

specifically, no, this is not the most unjust imprisonment i've ever seen.

  6. I read this story and was totally outraged.  I copied it and sent it to everyone I know as well as all my local news stations and the Department of Justice.  I suggest anyone else reading this do the same.  The more protest we can get out there the better chance this man has of being freed.  Don't sit idley by and do nothing or you become part of the problem.  This family needs the help of all Americans  Step up people, it's time to stand up for freedom and fairness.

  7. I can't understand how the judge can suppress evidence and testimony and remain a judge.  Hopefully he will be unseated.

  8. yo, thats waack
