Question:

Is this possibly why i have no energy?

i have been working out every day this last couple of weeks but last week i was tired the entire week and always wanted to sleep. i still kinda feel like that and now my throat hurts. its not like real bad or strep or anything but could i be sorta sick which is making me tired?

is it okay if i keep working out anyway? i dont want to get off course and how can i get more energy.

  1. It's happened to me before as well, make sure you drink lots of water, I'm talking like 8 glasses a day, you will be surprised in the amount of energy you gain!!


  2. i know where your coming from it kind of sounds like your a little sick but i think for the time being your ok to still workout, i hate getting off my routine too. i would just see if it gets any worse. if it does you may wanna rest for a few days

  3. maybe you haven't been eating enough

  4. It is proven that your body needs at least a two day rest when you work out so hard for so long. you can check on this by simply looking it up on fitness web sites. Also make sure you are taking vitamins because you will have severe fatigue if you haven't been. Good luck and keep positive!

  5. wat i like to do is take a hot shower every night before bed that way i wake up and ready for the day and at the end i have energy to spare
