Is this premenstrual or implantation cramps?

i had unprotected s*x about 4 days ago and i just experienced some pretty painful cramps. There was no bleeding but the cramps are about a week too early to be my period. Is 4 days too soon for implantation cramps? Are implantation cramps always joined with implantation bleeding? Can this be just an early symptom of PMS?

its hard to say which one it may actually be, but you can experience implantation cramping this soon. it only takes a few days for the egg to reach your uterus and implant itself. just wait to see if you miss a period and test, or if they get too painful, go see a doctor. i hope it turns out for the best for you!
