You've already said that you are 150 pounds.  I agree that in the pic you look a little overweight, but you carry it well.  Your hair is too much like straw.  The dress makes you look like you are attempting a retro look, but not quite succeeding.  

Don't worry about your weight.  Girls are supposed to be soft and have curves.  

Straighten your hair.  

I would bet you would look great in jeans.
