Before, the front of my ankles were hurting. Now, it hurts behind the ankle when I run. What is it?

  1. I have the same problem/ i play football a lot (soccer).

    if u havnt hurt ur self and it's hurting normally then dont worry abt it at all, it's a good thing

    UR MUSCLES ARE GETTING STRONGER AND THEY ARE GROWING!!!

    keep excercising and ignore the pain as much as u can.


  2. maybe you have flat feet....go see a doctor..

  3. Absolutely normal. I would do some stretching exercises before a run. Lay on the floor and extend your toes up and down. This will strengthen your ankles.
