Who owns that site? Is it trustworthy if the owners of the site won't name themselves?

What made me curious is its link to yet another suspicious site I asked about in this question (debunking911.com)

These are hardly "fringe" sites as Webskeptic would have you believe.

To suggest one waste time reading at an anonymous site such as Webskeptic then later contact the webmaster to report misstatements is absolutely ridiculous. People sufficiently versed in the topic to identify mis-statements would not be reading the site in the first place!  

On the other hand, uninformed people seeking information are not likely to recognize a mis-statement when they see one.  That is the beauty of propaganda.  Those people rely on the honesty, credibility, intelligence, and research skills of the presenters of the information, which is why it is so important to for web sites to disclose who they are.

IMPORTANTLY, always be cautious about the potential for anonymous sites to carry TROJANS and WEB VIRUSES.  If you find yourself at a site where the owners fail to  disclose who they are, be EXTREMELY CAREFUL about what you click on.

Less harmful than Trojans and viruses but problematic nevertheless are sites that download SPYWARE and ADWARE.  Snopes.com was caught distributing adware.  That Webskeptic site links snopes.com as a "great fact checking site".  Sure, it's a great fact checking site if you don't mind compromising your computer security and privacy.

Wikidot.com offers free Wiki-style sites and "webskeptic" is a subdomain (sort of like www.wikidot.com/webskeptic).

While not widely known, it's not uncommon for people to make a living by helping with internet propaganda. h**l, I think some of the tools on YA! get paid because nobody can be that ignorant. LOL

As for the other site, that one is hosted in the US and while the owner's name is cloaked in records, I do know he uses "FactCheck" as a handle on several sites.

Looks that way to me. I would never hand over my credit card number to a website in Poland when ownership is unlisted lest I get scammed so why should this be any different.

If this were just "some guy" in Poland, then where's he get off thinking he's an expert on OUR federal reserve and why would he care? Sounds pretty Get Smart to me.

Ah! Always a good idea to question ones sources.

One thing you could try to test the propaganda site theory is to find a misstatement at the site and incontrovertible proof, and send it to the web master. If the webmaster refuses to change it and don't respond why with solid counterarguments, it's a propaganda site. If they change the site per what is verifiable, or at least provide a sound counter arguments, it could something else.

Frankly I think http://www.conspiracyscience.com is a much better debunking site . The author seems to keep his email private because he doesn't want to be inundated with hate email and such. The web master of debunking911.com seems to have similar concerns.

Regardless what is important here is the open dialog of ideas, and the continual search for the truth. Honest truth brokers will welcome contradictory views especially if backed by hard provable facts.

I Read the stuff about The FRB as that is a subject which I have spent some time on, and yes well I must say!

It is full of Government NewSpeak, Of course those who have been fooling the mass for so long will do their best to counter the growing decent among the mass!

It is definitely worth reading carefully though as I am sure that they will have made some little oversights in their effort to blind the people with Jargon!

A lot of truth can be found by studying lies! So it will be well worth the study.

Looking  closely it could well be written the the Government, I mean the style and tact in some areas does demonstrate the kind of GW intelligence!

The simple fact is that as with everything it all depends on how you read into it!

However this is not a quality site! Though it does point out a lot of true Facts, however as with POP Mech. it does not really Debunk anything all it truly does is open up more questions!

I really don’t know if this site is a stealth government or Federal Reserve propaganda site or not, but doesn’t add anything new or clarify anything to the government’s lame little half baked conspiracy theory that only a fool would believe.  

Just the video of Dumbya’s response to an honest reporter’s question makes me certain of wrong doing on his part.  When the reporter repeatedly asked him why he refused to testify before the 9/11 Commission unless accompanied by his accomplice Cheney, his reaction and reply gives me enough reason to question the sincerity of this “evildoer.”  Our impotent Congress should not even allow him to refuse an interrogation, under oath, and in private.  Clinton’s BJ was given more careful scrutiny than these attacks and subsequent illegal wars.  Is it any wonder the rest of the world ridicules, hates, and fears us?  We’re looked at like the big dumb school yard bully who is respected only for his ability to hurt smaller and more intelligent peers.

Dumbya was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and he honestly believes that he is not only entitled, but actually is above the law and beyond reproach.  His arrogance is only outdone by his ignorance and I don’t know why “We the People” allow a person in his position to act in such a manner.  By continuing to allow this dolt to represent this country, all Americans are losing respect from other countries where a person like Dumbya would have been tried and probably hung a long time ago.  But, much worse than the loss of respect is the ongoing loss of lives and suffering by people all around the world as a direct result of this administration’s dishonesty, illegal, and immoral activities.

There is still a mountain of evidence that could be used to try and convict these criminal bums who are guilty of numerous crimes, though they tried to destroy much of it.  For example, where are all the tapes of whatever hit the pentagon?  What harm to our National security would it create to let the people see them?  If they aren’t going to allow us to see them, they should at least provide a valid reason why not.  

Spinning stories is easy and especially when you aren’t held accountable to answer questions about these stories.  The only way these people should be allowed to vindicate themselves is in a legal proceeding like any other citizen.  In a Democracy no person is above the law; not even the President.

This is supposed to be a Democracy, but it seems more like a Dictatorship and the spineless Congress only exasperates the problem.  They concern themselves to an extreme excess in the pleasing of lobbyists when they should be directing their attention towards the respectable representation of the people who keep them in office.  In order for Democracy to work, the people must be educated and informed.  I’m sorry to say that it appears we are no longer either.

I'm suspicious of anyone who spends hours a day everyday on Yahoo to defend, of all things, the Federal Reserve?!  I'm even MORE suspicious of any website that repeats Government sound-bites Ad-Nauseam without any real critical thought.  Sites like this just quote from the Federal Reserve Web Page, as if that is not a biased source of information.  Debunkers try to attack researchers who get their information from websites that focus on "Conspiracy".  But then they use sources like  "debunking911.com"  which is really just ANOTHER conspiracy site.  It just happens to espouse a conspiracy that THEY AGREE WITH.  Also, who is running this website defending the Federal Reserve, and why out of Poland?

They can reveal who they are without giving contact information.  Then everyone would know for certain whether they are an unbiased, non-Government, non-Central Banker source.  

Anyway, there are no revelations or intelligent arguments on webskeptic, and definitely nothing that legitimately assuages the questions of the Truth movement.  Actually, there are debunker sites that have found much more clever ways to lie.  I don't know why anyone would use webskeptic as a source.

well, it's not wikipedia like the guy above says, but you know that.  it's a wiki site.  that's the kind of site it is.  it's wikidot, registered in Poland.  but wikidot is a free web page site.  anyone can have a page, and wikidot sells ads on it.  contact info leads to an anonymous gmail address (also free to anyone).

i'm led to believe that the guy behind webskeptic is just a guy with too much time on his hands and access to a computer.  he's grinding an axe over only three subjects.  this is not to say he's not a propaganda site in the pay of someone.  but really, he has very few hits.  seems a productive propaganda site would strive to get their message out to as many as possible.  i think this guy is just a troll.

It says it is a Wikipedia website, and that anyone, even you, can edit it.  Perhaps that is all it is.  So, no, it is not a government "stealth", "coverup" or any such thing.

When it comes to "conspiracy theories", few, if any, ever qualify for the term "theory". I mean, was Chicken Little advocating the "theory" of the sky falling? While these "conspiracy theories" are a LITTLE MORE ADVANCED than Chicken Little, they still fall in the same category.

These "theories" are created by people with WAY TOO MUCH TIME on their hands and not enough brain power to assimilate what they DO know.

My 5p is that it appears to be a troll. It's free, unsophisticated, and unlinked to the other ones. It might just be that the dirty tricks department is relying on volume - to overwhelm any opposition with the largest number of sites operated by low level agents, but that tactic relies on coordination, like a web ring. If we see lots of links to that site on popular forums - MSNBC, Yahoo, etc, then that has the same effect as a web ring, I guess.

I know Violator has worked in intelligence - I never have, but have friends going back to my college days who are in the same business - Nobody will believe this, I'm sure. Nope, :) I'm not privy to any privileged info., so I will defer to those who have more experience in this field.

Oddly enough, Poland was mentioned recently as one of the unusual rendition stations used by CIA field agents.

This is very interesting! But as long as the "Free" world keeps electing people based on their looks or because "we'd like to have a beer with them" we will continue to have mediocre politicians. The real smart people, behind the scene, are using those politicians to further their not always noble agendas. We love all those conspiracy theories but I am doubt full of most of them as I do not believe that our politicians are smart enough to organize them or less to keep them secret. Most of the reasons for our government's action become pretty obvious to the fair minded individual because everything eventually leaks out. We have to start electing people, not because they are like us or we would feel comfortable hanging around with them, but because they are smarter and more sophisticated than we are. Would you choose your brain surgeon this way?

Why would anyone, any private unpaid individual, want to spend time and effort to set up a site like this?  Do you reckon they are some kind of obsessive compulsive banking trainspotter type... ?  A lonely accountant somewhere who nurses a dream of remote Rockefeller lineage?  : )

Do you remember the well publicised US government propaganda budget running into hundreds of millions of dollars (well publicised in UK MSM anyway) earmarked for use on the Internet... where do you think it all went? You can get lots of web space for that, even after Bush's economic mismanagement, and lots of people to write on newsgroups and forums too...

This site fails to address the key issues and loses the big picture entirely... how coincidental. The ownership of the Fed is not as simple as these people make out - there are layers and layers of banks upon banks, owned by... who?  : )

The Fed is NOT owned or run by the US government - on the contrary it has a UNIQUE status regarding its independence from government, from taxation and from investigation in US law... under 'law' that completely contradicts the basic principles of the US constitution!!  It is so entirely separated that members of Congress cannot sit on the Federal Reserve board... under that same 'law', infamously rushed into the statute books when most of the US government was... on holiday!

What about the Fed's role in the 1929 crash and Great Depression? - by printing / issuing masses of cheap money, encouraging speculation and driving inflation... then taking it all away to make it crash?  Devaluing everything, enabling a very small number of rich individuals to grab obscene amounts of solid Assets from millions of ordinary Americans... ?  Oh dear, completely overlooked!

This site shows a VERY selective use of data, a careful focusing on certain details without context, and it misdirects attention from key facts to... well, what exactly... ?

Classic propaganda / misdirection - a great example for all to see.  Hilarious, just like a boy scout Popular Mechanics 'investigation'.

The key issues are NOT addressed by this website - reassuring as it may be to anyone who is gullible enough to want to keep believing the official fairy tale... presumably they still believe in Santa Claus too?

Too many weird things occurred on 9/11 for it not to have been planned, or at least known about prior to it happening by our high level leaders. It was too staged.

The biggest thing to me is that AFTER we declared war, and invaded their countries...nothing else happened on US soil. They have the power to do so, but they don't. I would think that war would mean that they continue to attack us, even more aggressively, but they haven't.  Our Mexican border has only a virtual fence to stop them from bringing in crate after crate of Stinger missiles, or worse things with which they could create total chaos, and stop the whole country, but they don't. I don't think that their war is with the American people, but instead with the ones who are forcing them to comply to a new world government. They've only been fighting Americans who are invading their countries.

This sends a big loud, and clear message to me that they aren't out to kill 'infidels'. I believe that 9/11 was a inside job at least in part, and the world bank is pulling the strings. We needed a Pearl Harbor sized incident to get the public riled up for a war in which we would never support.

Our whole objective in the Middle East appears to me to be a mission to overthrow, and assimilate sovereign nations who resist, and wish to remain sovereign into a New World Order.
