  1. honest opinion:yes, but too cliche

obviously you want a deep meaning to a tattoo, and every1 has heard that saying. if you want something deep, short, sweet, and simple. maybe something like "tryin to stay alive"

im no tattoo artist, that may be total ****, but idk just a suggestion. sorry if tis not what your looking for

  2. sure, if that is what you want.  I have had 3 tattoos and one has writing.  maybe consider a picture to go with it.

  3. i think its good, but it is a really common used term.

  4. It's a little long. Maybe 'seize the day' or 'carpe diem' (Latin for seize the day)

  5. I agree with Kevin. I mean sure, tattoo's are a completely idiotic idea if they don't have a meaning or reason behind them. It is cliche but i guess you can suffice. It's not something you would come across on everyone's body so that's good ;]

  6. It's a great sentiment and a good thing to live by, but (as everyone else said) a little cliche in text.

The point of a tattoo often is to be a symbol for a phrase.  That way someone asks you what it means and you will get to explain to them one of the principles that guides your life. You might want to pick an image that symbolizes 'live every day as if it were your last' and get that instead of the text.

For example, I have a sparrow and wheat, which are reminders for me to think about unintended consequences in the work that I do. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Sparr... explains why a Sparrow is a symbol of that.

  7. if you could change the word and keep the meaning-

i believe in it fully ... do u want the exact words? cliche much?

  8. It is a cliche, but part of the reason it is so popular is because it's a good quote. I say if your feeling it go for it. If you do want to be a little more original try "carpe diem," it means "sieze the day," which is pretty much the same as what you already have.
