Is this racism?

I enrolled in a College once and got cheated with a fail Grade when I know that one paper I took was easy. I passed exams before even if I failed a few before and this is the only incident I am fretting about. Other incidences include being 'psyched' on the streets of Penang and being asked to leave from a bus by a bus conductor of Milan Travel Bus in a rude way.

A person should not have one too many incidences like this in any place in the world unless it is a war-torn country or the government is particularly unstable.It even shameful in any country in this world to have street incidences like this.Even in countries where guns are allowed, weapons such as these are used sparingly and there are anti-gun lobbies.

I want to know what this pattern of incidences indicate, if the incidences happen too often.We do not want to give any leeway to anyone who, while exercising their rights, trample on the rights of others.We like to migrate but we cannot tolerate your own countrymen.

Consider for a moment that you may have issues dealing with others and instead of finding a better way  you are trying to exuse yourself from any negative action you receive from your behavior by trying to claim racism.
