Is this rare ?

Hi. for about 3 min ago I remembered seeing a moon halo. I was just wondering if this is something rare. Couse I have seen alot of these kinds of things and its fun when these is something new to my collection of seeing rare things.

Well, just because you have seen it alot doesn't mean it isn't rare. They could still be rare and they are just now becoming sold. Anyway, I would buy it. If it turns out to be rare, Great! If not, a few years down the road it will be.
