Is this real about Bigfoot found in Georgia?

Question

I was told about Bigfoot being found in Georgia from a co-worker and there is supposed to be a press conference this Friday about it. If this is true what station will be airing this conference so that I can DVR it? I think this is bogus, but stranger things has happened.

tomorrow from 12 to 1:00 pm eastern time. i think on fox news. i want to believe its true due to the fact that it will hopefully solve numerous questions. they found the chupacrabra or whatever,( dog that feeds on live stock and drinks their blood, lol a cop had it on a camera following it) but anyways. i think it is real just because its two cops that found it. they did it the right way, they didnt just come out to the media," look what i found, give me money" but they went to somone who is known for this species. it would solve the evolution hopefully, maybe has a cure for cancer or something? it looks pretty real to me.

Im sure its real, becaus ethey've invited some professionals out to take a look at this creature, and they've found no evidence that its fake in any matter.

There doing DNA tests, and for sure the results of if its a faux or a real should be announced on Friday :).

I dont think it is a hoax, why would 3 men make a fake Bigfoot and claim it to be real??? If they did do that, they will be the laughing stock of the world when its proven fake

Press conference is slated for 12:00 noon pacific time.  My gut feeling is it is totally a hoax.  But wouldn't it be cool if bigfoot did live in our world?  I think so.  The other thing that seems weird to me, is that they are doing DNA testing on this so called creature.  OK.  So they test the DNA.  Now how are they going to compare its DNA to other bigfoot DNA?  If they already have bigfoot DNA, doesn't that mean bigfoot already exists?  I believe these guys are just trying to make some money.

Bigfoot is supposed to live in the Kentucky area, anyway. If he was real, that is.

First you have to remember that this is Tom Biscarti (sp) behind this and he's been caught time and time again running bigfoot hoaxes.  If he's involved then you can be pretty sure that it's a scam.  Leaving aside the chance of bigfoot even being real, which is somewhere between slim and none,,,with a heavy edge to "none", the press conference didn't show anything and the DNA tests that they ran on their samples showed human DNA, an unreadable sample and an opossum.  Not exactly compelling.  I'm willing to keep an open mind Io the point that if someone actually produces a bigfoot, dead or alive, and turns it over to real scientists to examine and they then say that it's legit then I will fess up that I was wrong and eat crow.  Till that day, and my bet is that it isn't coming soon, bigfoot is nothing more than a fantasy.

i saw on a site that the video those guys made was just a hoax (i guess it was for publicity) but they said they did actually find a body\

and they supposedly sent in to california to get it tested

I think it would be wicked awesome if it were the real deal.  Think about all the different myths we'd have to start reconsidering, ya know?  Based on the article though, I'm sure it's a hoax.  Oh well.

And to one of the posters above me, Bigfoot's got big feet.  He could totally travel from Kentucky to Georgia.  :)

Yes and no. 3 bigfoot hunters have found what they believe to be a body of a bigfoot. They are going to hold a press conference on friday to release DNA evidence and photo's. They will not release the location of the body nor will they give the names of the scientists involved in the DNA testing and for good reason can you imagine the press circus it would create. The press conference will be held friday in Palo Alto, CA. The story is real and they did find an unknown something what that something is well that's the real question?
