I think the were bored and had just a weeee bit too much to drink.  One of those "People will believe anything you put on the net....Let's film one of our and I'll show you." type deals.  Defnitely  note real.

Nope, sorry. The scream and laughter was right out of a haunted house at Halloween, and the "ghost" didn't move. If those guys were trained soldiers, they wouldn't have been messing around unless they'd had a LOT to drink before going out to post. Even then, if their commanding officers knew what they were doing, they'd have been on their butts for drinking on duty.
