i went out with this guy and he breakup with me in front of all my friends and he still liked me but his friend did want use to go out and i was so mad and i hate him and in my heart i still like him

He ridiculed you in front of your friends so he could impress his friend?  Who cares that he still likes you or even that you still like him?  Obviously his friends opinions of him are more important to him that his feelings for you.  If he asks you out again, tell him that he isn't good enough for you and that you deserve to be with someone who treats you better than he did and that it's a shame because you did like him but he just isn't worth it so you'll get over him.

He sounds like a chump.  Get over this 'winner' immediately.  There is probably two hundred more boys in your school that you could get to know.  If this guy embarrassed you in front of a group of people and didn't seem to mind he is definitely a very inconsiderate person that you shouldn't want to be around in the first place.  Good luck on finding a quality boy friend!
