Just by looking at it, i'd say no.

Go to Phonezoo.com & use that.

I use it.

It's completely free.

It looks kinda shady. If you want ringtones, get them from bluetooth/friends, or use MP3's and memory cards/usb cables.

if you can download without paying yes, but watch out for viruses

all free ringtone sites give the applications for free, like they say, but most of them charge for sending it to your phone.

like if you send a ringtone to your phone, they charge you to text it to your phone.
