Is this router good for online gaming?

hey iam thinking about getting this router for my computer so i can play some online games. can you tell me if it is a good router for gaming. by the way it only cost $14

For this price it will be fine. It will have a 100Mbps connection and Internet is yet to go at this speed, well home connections anyway. If I was you I would buy it, you have a bargain on your hands. Just make sure you set up the Virtual Server (i.e. unblocking connection ports that the game uses) or the games may not connect to any server what-so-ever.

I have this router and get excellent connections and games are very enjoyable to play since I have minimal lag.

It's good but D-links do have a lot of problems. A Linksys router is a lot better. I have a Linksys N router and have 2 desktops, 4 laptops,an Iphone, a Playstation 3 system and 2 DVD players hooked up both physically wirelessly and I've had no major problems.
