Is this safe for teeth whitening?

Ok so i read some of the previous teeth whitening question and i was wondering will it damage my teeth if i brush with baking soda and rinse with peroxide?

Baking soda is a thumbs up. Peroxide, it may help the teeth whitening process, but it is very harmful if swalllowed.

No it won't.  But if you start getting mouth ulcers go lighter on keeping the peroxide in you mouth for any length of time.

no it wont. just don't swallow!! use some cheap cwhiteningtning strips. :))

it may cause damage if done repeatedly  or if the amounts or more than necessary! If done in small amounts and in moderation it may help but be ready to experience sensitivity especially with the peroxide!!! Plz be very gentle and carfeul and don't swallow a thing!!
