Hey, i eat at subway A LOT. Thats really the only place i go when i want to eat out. I just wanted to know if the sandwhich i order is fattening since i get it every time i go there. I order a 6- inch turkey on wheat bread w/ american cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickels, lite mayonaise, mustard, honey mustard, oil, and vinegar... i obviously understand the mayonaise and honey mustard have some heavy calories, thats why i get lite maynoaise. I also realize bread is fattening... thats why i always opt for wheat because its healthier... Is this a healthy sandwhich? Can i make it any healthier? Is there any other sandwhich i could try? I also use to always get the meatball sandwhich when i was a kid.. until i heard it was loaded with calories and fat. Is this true? How fattening is it exactly? Can anyone tell me on here so i dont have to spend time surfing the web? Thank you so much ,3

  1. dang!!!! did you forget to wright some more ingridients?? shoot i only get a turkey sandwish whit salad and pickles whit sweet oil thats all but you got listed the whole dand subway station lmao!!!!!!!! jk

  2. i think your fine, that sandwhich should add to about 340-400 calories. Make sure you dont buy soda or any kind of juice because they have too much sugar, dont get chips get some fresh fruits for snacks. Drink water!

  3. The website above says 280 cals for the "naked 6-inch sub" (not, quite, in those words) + 40 for cheese, 50 for lite mayo + 15 honey mustard & pickle = 385 which is low in calories but the sodium content is half of what the maximum daily intake should be (2,200 - 2,400mg).  If you have boxed cereal for breakfast, you're close to the total amount and haven't, yet, had dinner!

A double meat roast beef without cheese has more protein and much less sodium.

Ok - typed the above and, then, found the following link!!

  4. You are actually able to look at the Subway website and it will give you the nutritional values for each of their subs with the extra items in a different location on the site

  5. Here's a handy website...but you do the math for the final tally...good luck..and keep eating healthy...your heart will love you for it.

  6. It's pretty healthy, but you could go healthier with the low carb wrap.  They're a little pricier, but very tasty.
