All that Glitters is not gold! So is this saying True or False? And why?

yes it is true. Things that look good and are very tempting

and alluring may very well be evil and wrong. Like these people who try to sell you a magic cream that is guaranteed to take away all your pimples, cure your baldness, make you lose 50 lbs. It sounds so good but when you pay for it it is

not 'gold' that is it is not true it is a fake and fraud.

BUT. . .All that glitters meaning everything that glitters is not gold is true because other things glitter too so . . .it is both true and false

look beyound the surface and see the person or situation

for what it really is,...something like don't judge a book by

it's covers,..tattered covers doesn't mean the book isn't
