"Bread crumbs are better than nothing. Nothing is better than cheesecake. Therefore, breadcrumbs are better than cheesecake."

-is this an oxymoron? if not... what is it???

    "expect the unexpected", or "pretty ugly"... it is when you combine two normally contradictory terms...

  4. I don't think it is. An oxymoron is like, "The tension built as a silent thunder roared through the room." Like, thunder is loud, but in this sentence it is said to be silent. Almost like it's so quiet but it's very tense.
