  1. I would take that as a compliment. Now, if she was to say... you make my eye cry... I would find it offensive.

  2. Since the "burning eyes" seem to be an intenser form of "hot," it sounds like a compliment.

  3. I'm guessing ugly :(

Can we see her pic please?

  4. She is probably right.  Unfortunately, the word "but" can be ambiguous and often negates an idea.  If he'd used the word "and" instead of "but" I think the meaning would be more clear.

Be honest with yourself.  Is she very hot or very un-hot?

If she's hot, the meaning is: your friends are hot but you are VERY hot.

  5. I'm pretty sure the message is implying your friend is ugly but her friends are hot.

The way he says "your friends are hott, BUT, you make my eyes burn" tells me that your friend is the opposite of the friends he calls hot. Meaning, your friend is ugly.

You shouldn't listen to rude honesty box messagers anyways, because if they can't say it to someone's face, they're just jealous, cruel cowards.

  6. Who knows? Who cares?

Find something productive to think about and make your first million.

  7. its not a compliment! you are correct, but dont tell her that! let her believe its a good thing, as a friend, u need to watch out for her feelings.

  8. Sounds to me like he was saying she's even hotter than her friends - a compliment.
