  2. Take out the "not", it doesn't really make sense.

  3. impossible to answer. you could want to see him ergo your sentence is a lie. you also loaded the question to imply that it was correct.  

  4. it is correct because the person narating has seen "him" 999 times previously and is saying they dont want to see him for wat would be the 1000th time

  5. yes it is...it make sense...you don't wanna see him ever again.

  6. "For the 1000th time, I don't want to see him again" would be better.

    You've got a double negative in there which makes it sound a bit muddled as it is.
