Is this skateboard right for me?

Question

I'm 12 and i have a cheap skateboard (7.75") which i can ollie on....is this skateboard good for learning to kickflip etc. on?

hey, yeah that's a d**n good setup you got there to begin skating with. The bearings you have will be fine, they're a good make, so unless they break or you find they're annoying to skate with then keep them. That board you show there will be fine to learn it all on. Good luck!

Hello, Ive also just started out skateboarding and I bought a Flip board.

My one didn't have a brilliant make of trucks so I have decided to customise it.

Your complete looks perfectly fine for learning new moves. The only thing I would say is to get some better bearings around abec 5.

If not dont worry boards are meant to wear & tear if thats what your worried about.

well i guess so...shoes and board doesn't make it easier, practice does

That is a good skateboard to start out with and learning any tricks on, Almost is a good brand. That skateboard will probably last you quite awhile.
