Even if, by some divine miracle, that man was born a man I doubt this would be a victory for feminists. Instead, I believe it would give them more to complain about because now, if men can get pregnant, they will say men are stealing more of women's rights. Getting pregnant and giving birth, though incredibly painful, is something many women (myself included) would love to experince. I find it sad that a man can't experience such a thing. Feminists will be pissed off if a man gets pregnant because that's a women's joy and feminists are selfish.

Sorry to disappoint but the "man" is a woman, first, last and foremost regardless surgical or legal alterations in an attempt to thwart nature.
