Is this spider poisonous? ?

Ok I just found this spider outside and I captured it. With the legs and all its about the size of a nickel. It's butt part is fat and round, brown and hairy. Under his but there is 2 white dots. His 4 front legs are striped white and black and orange towards his body. His four back legs are just striped black and white and has no orange stripes towards his body. It also has fangs. What kind of spider is this? and is it poisonous?? please help
