  1. I am guessing this is a cellar spider( sometimes called a daddy long legs spider).  It is difficult to determine pregnancy. If she starts building an egg sac that would be a positive indicator of pregnancy.

  2. It's a long-bodied cellar spider, Pholcus phalangioides. Looks to be an adult female. Probably is gravid (pregnant is a term for mammals) and will make an egg case that they hold in their mouth (between jaws).

    A very cool spider.

  3. Looks like it.

  4. Spiders, like most animals, do not get "pregnant".  They are "gravid", which indicates fertilized.

This spider could very well be filled with eggs.  This is a very common spider that often frequents homes.  They are completely harmless to man, and really do help clean up the insects that get into your house.  The only real problem they present is that their webs seem to be everywhere.

They feed on Termites, Gnats, Flies, Cockroaches, Earwigs, Beetles, etc.

My suggestion is to take this little guy outside and turn it loose before it lays its eggs.
