Question:

Is this stomach gas? Help?

I think I'm currently having stomach gas problems. I seem to be having stomach growlings, hunger pangs and maybe a bit of a bloated feeling I'm not sure. (Sorry for the ambiguity). Sometimes I would quickly drink or eat something to try and 'cure' the hunger but then that would make it worse! Maybe it's the quick drinking action (or maybe cause I drank coffee too) that I started feeling sick, like there was something nagging in my stomach. I started thinking maybe it was gas cause I would burp a bit and the release of air would make my stomach feel a bit better (but never enough of a burp to cure the feeling 100%).

Does anyone know what's going on? Anybody know any remedies? Does TUMS help? Thanks a lot!

  1. if you have this problem all the time you should see your doctor, it's not good to take tums on a regular basis. some times certain foods bloat you,try and make a note of what you ate before the pain came.trapped wind can make you feel sick,

try taking acidophiles , get it at a health store its a friendly bacteria and does not harm in any way.

    Hope you feel better.
