jim c trees wouldn't make an atmosphere on mars. they would actually be detrimental to an atmosphere, if they planted cows or suvs that would work better

Yes we do! We are going to start collecting Atheists right after the first of the year and get them ready to be sent to Mars. They will be the construction crew to build a city and plant trees so there can be an atmosphere so we can colonize the planet.

No, it is very unlikely.  The government is too inefficient to accomplish this even if it wanted to.
