Is this strange? About my dreams :)?

Question

I sometimes can't tell the difference between dreams and real life, is this normal?

Also its almost like I have a second life in dreams because I would dream about going to a resort when I was (in real life 8 years old) and also in the dream 8 years old and then 7 years later (when I'm 15) have a dream that we are returning to the same resort and everyone there has aged the same as me.

Can you tell me if this is strange or not, and if you've had similar experiences :) THANKS!

I often have dreams that seem so real that I wake up yelling, or even running out the front door.  I have woke up numerous times, thinking that what happened in my dreams really happened.  I don't think this is strange at all, and I think it happens all the time.

idk you should go to a doctor lol jk yes its normal i think im like half phycic cuz when i dream i wake up and in that day it happens lol idk

Dreams have no basis or reason, I think.

Yeah it's hard to tell the difference between dreams and reality because you have all of your senses in dreams.  I actually tested this once when I realised that I was dreaming.  For some reason I tested my sense of taste with a rugby ball though lol.
