Is this strange please help?

So today, during 5th period (1-2 pm) my left contact started hurting. It wasn't stinging or anything though. So i went to the bathroom and took it out and put it back in and it felt better. Then, around 3-4 they started hurting again, but it was both eyes this time and it was the same kind of pain. i put on my contacts at about 6:30 am and they didn't hurt until then. I just got them wed. could they be dry? Please help I really don't want to switch back to glasses!!!

you couldve teared one. dont you have any more contacts? i order them a year at a time.

They may have been dry or they may not have been cleaned properly before you put them in.

If you leave them in the solution overnight which everyone does you have to leave them for over 6 hours or more. Another thing is you may not be cleaning them good or maybe you're putting them in backwards. My contacts were bothering me the other day and I took them out and cleaned them and it felt much better. But I think the cause behind your problem is that you're not leaving them in the solution for at least 6 hours or you're putting them in backwards.

If none of this helps you should see your eye-doctor, because it could be an infection but I doubt it.
