  1. Mate, be careful, first make sure it's got an Australian compilance plate and get the engine # and chassi # and and do a check or have the bike looked over at a shop and get there opinion.

  2. You need to make sure it meets or exceeds the DOT rules for

being street legal in your state. Just having   lights and a horn do not mean it is street legal. And I am sure you will still need

to be at least 15 or 16 with a drivers license and if it is on the street it will need to be insured.

  3. It has headlamps, blinkers, mirrors, if it has brake lights and a horn and license plate light holder, it would be legal in most 50 states in the usa.

  4. Not in my state.

EPA approved does not mean, and has nothing to do with, street legal.

It's an ATV, not a car. (4 wheels do not a motorcycle make)

  5. Yeah, it's street legal. They're rare, but I have known people who own them. From its appearence, it doesnt look ready for the road yet. It needs to be lisenced and reigstered so that you can get reg plates. It has indicators, break and head lights. All you need to do is go on the DVLA website and enquire, no doubt they will sort you out. I was in the same position as you last year with my quad bike. I made it road legal and registered it, cost me about £200 in total ($400).

  6. Assuming it has brake lights and rear turn signals, I think it would be.  To be certain before you buy it, go to your local BMV, and/or police station and ask them.  They will be able to tell you with certainty.

  7. If you had a number plate on it, i think so becase it has indicators (tur n signals) and lights..
