Is this style fashionable now?please help me!!!?

Question

So I'm going out tomorrow and I want to look good.So I've decided to wear white top,blue cardigan,floral skirt,black tights,pink shoes and for accessories I'm gonna have this big pink zebra print bag,big sunglasses and this massive floral print scarf.

And for make up I'm going to do cat eyes,pale skin and red lips.

Does this sounds okay?

I feel like there's alot going on in your outfit. Sometimes less is more. I'd do without the zebra bag. The zebra and floral will clash. I might take away the tights too. It would probably look great with the white top, floral skirt, pink shoes, and the sunglasses. A necklace would look nice if you have one that goes with the outfit and a bracelet. And a solid bag, pink to match your shoes if you have one.

Pick one thing you want to focus on (zebra bag or floral skirt) and let that be your main focus. If you choose the bag, do a plain skirt.

Sounds like too much stuff going on.  Simplify a little.  Do either the floral skirt, the zebra print bag, or the floral scarf, but not all.  Limit it to just one crazy print, and one accessory.  Also, tone down the make up.
