Question:

Is this sugar level ok ? fasting 105 to 125 .after bf 130 to 150.as i chack my sugar level very day,?

i am not taking any medicine.but i used to take some bitter melon juice in the evning after my dinner.i do kapalbhati every day 20 mints does it work.my height is 5.7" and weight is 62 kg.if any home remedy help full for me.

  1. Your sugar level is not terribly high, but you can always be careful.

    What you need at this point is exercise. I have no idea what kapalbhati is, but you need to do vigorous physical exercise that will raise your heartbeat at least 3 times a week. You must also eat a lot of natural grains and have a high fiber, low glutemic index diet. Avoid simple carbohydrates and all white foods such as white bread, white rice, white sugar, etc.

    Actually it should be 90&110 but dont get tensed it will only make it worse.just start eating any wheat item & also go for walking everyday for 1/2 an hour.just take the karela juice in the morning in empty stomach.cinnamon powder is also good to control sugar level.

  3. Whatsoever, Howsoever - Walking is the best medicine for control of sugar.

    Apart from this you can take wheat contents, methi(fenugreek), Flax powder(Alsi), Olive, Drumstick leaves(cooked in the form of curry), Carrot, Soyabean, Tomato, Watermelon, muskmelon.

    monitor ua sugar daily..

    fast evey two days f a week

    eat more wholgrain cereals..

    drink bitterguard juice daily..

    also try

    a spoon f ginger juice vit honey..

    n ya do pranayama daily..

    lower ua carb intake..do daily exercise..walk..if possible..

    eat fibre rich food

    drink plenty f water..daily


  5. not "OK". you should reduce the intake of sugar, carbohydrate, and increase use of high residue diet like salad etc.
