  1. dear louise,

you just keep on bodypumping! :) sweating is a normal phenomenon. your body heats up during strenuous excercise and your temperature rises. in order to cool you off, your body sweats. you've probable been pumping harder than usual, so your body sweats more to keep up with the heat.

you need only worry if you sweat excessively when you're body is passive. i'm sure you're fine.

  2. I think it is normal and the fact that it's summertime everywhere doesn't really help. I work out 5 days a week in the gym and have noticed I have been sweating more also during everyday activities so I think it's just our bodies ways of adjusting to the workouts we are doing

  3. sweating is absolutely normal, it's the bodies way of regulating heat. your workout sessions may have changed your body slightly, however you are more likely to notice it now.
