  2. kind of but it doesnt take into consideration that those in the bottom 40% with a child or two and at least a mortgage to write off, do not pay income taxes at all and in fact get thousands of dollars of other peoples money when they file.

  3. That looks pretty close.  Obama may cut the taxes on some lower income earners but not back to the levels McCain would keep them at.  And Obama would raise higher brackets even more..
