  1. Load of old bollocks. Scaremongering. Propaganda for something, I dunno what though. Lets all buy 3 litre 4x4s and stick 2 fingers up at the lot of them.

  2. His claims give him, like all extremist, what they are looking for - attention and 15 minutes of fame.

Without "global warming"  Algore would be as remembered as Dan Quail, and Jim Hansen would be a gvmt department head.

  3. Who gives a c**p. Bring it! I'm 56 and not far from the Dirt Motel anyway.

  4. I too will be dead when this all happens as I am now 63 but I do fear for my children and grandchildren

  5. yes

  6. No it's not. But I hope and think he's wrong. I do think he could be right though if people doesn't reconsider and change policies and attitudes one single bit. Fortunately most people and governments ARE changing, so I hope we will do better than his predictions despite some stubborn old fashioned "Don't touch my SUV! I refuse to change and I want it the old way" people.

  7. gone way over the top

  8. No smoke without fire, kids.

  9. What's amazing is that one of the strongest environmentalists in the world is calling for massive construction of nuclear power plants.

Because he knows global warming is a much bigger threat.

You might as well be some guy on the street saying Einstein is full of c**p as criticizing James Lovelock, with no proof.  You don't remotely bat in his league.

Jello- Lovelock is a giant in the field, with absolutely nothing left to prove.

"One of the most eminent scientists of our time"

    That ain't hype.

  10. Not so sure.Could be closer than you think.Just look at the temperatures now in February 12oC

  11. Loads and Loads of bullshit!

  12. No its not. I admit that it may be a bit over the top but as for being the biggest load of c**p I have ever read, your question is.  I imagine that anything else you have ever written does not even go 0.00001% towards what he has ever written. People that are so quick to critisise are narrow minded, ignorant half wits that have never and will never be respected for anything that they have ever written.

  13. I am convinced that NO amount of proof or evidence will ever change your 'cult' like 'beliefs! That guy is smarter than ANY 'denier' on here! You 'deniers' all say, "Show us the proof!"   But when we do,all you can do is call it a hoax or a fraud,or a big load of c**p!

No evidence to back up your wild claims at all!

The 'deniers' opinions of a washed up politician are not a scientific rebuttal of the facts!  The 'debate' over mans contribution to global warming started 25 years ago. Now the hard data is in,and the 'debate' is settled!   I'm sorry if that doesn't jive with your understanding of science or the world.  If you feel that strongly about your 'beliefs',then become a world renowned scientist. Publish your findings, and let all the other scientists review it. Until then all you have is an opinion.

  14. i think he'll still be alive when he's proven wrong

  15. Come on the mans entitled to his opinion as much as you are, I hope for your sake and mine he is wrong, but that's no reason to insult him !

  16. oh wow,  I have never seen such an outrageous claim like that before, thats pretty insane.

    sweet sweet senility.

    TECHNICALLY....  WHOA WHOA WHOA...  Listen.

Since the lifespan of the average human is around 65-70 years, then MORE than 6 billion people will have died before the end of the century.  By natural causes/lifespan reasons only though.

  17. yeah he's a k**b

  18. cbf reading it SORRY!!!

  19. He is spot on. I agree with everything he says. Farmers etc can tell you how the seasons have changed even i a rookie can see that, what he wrote is the truth.

  20. No.  I had to read Shakespeare at school!!

  21. We all hope its rubbish, but the truth is that something is happening to our planet, no-one really knows how bad it can get.  But should any of us take the chance?  We should all be trying to reverse the effects of climate change.

  22. Almost as bad the IPCC report.

  23. It seems a bit unbelievable, however I agree with him about Nuclear Power - the renewables like wind power etc just won't generate enough electricity.
