Is this the end of the hot weather in england?

it has been a lot cooler today, has the summer now come to an end, or is there more sunshine in store?

Still nice and hot in Essex and has been all week. The weather is due to start changing tomorrow to "sunny with showers" ...........which is the most silly term, the weather people only say that so they have more chance of getting it right!

I was thinking that! Im from Leeds and last saturday I was in the garden too hot so I had to come in..now its COLDDD!!

Chill the summers only just begun (not literally lol). I know the great British summers not what it used to be but it was 21oC up here in Inverness in the north of Scotland the other day and wve had long sunny days in the late teens all this week. That's gotta mean something right?

We need some rain to cool us down after some hot days and preventing droughts in UK and the last years flood was a different story because a some called jet stream changed leaving europe hot and UK rainy but we should keep the fingers crossed that the stream changes.

I heard that the next three weeks were going to be similar but not as hot...Forcast rain later tonight though :(
